Spicy Smoked Pork!

Today was a beautiful Korean Autumn day.  My friends and I traveled up a mountain to eat a famous local place that serves spicy smoked pork!  I've never tried this dish before and it was splendid.  The luscious yumminess melted 1/2 before it even got to your mouth. The spices were smothered all over the pork that seemed to have been smoked since the womb.  * Homer voice * - Mmmmm spicy smoked pork womb.

How to enjoy the yumminess

  1. Place a piece of lettuce flat on your plate

  2. Add a little rice

  3. Add incredible spicy smoked pork

  4. Add a fresh slice of garlic and onion

  5. Add bean paste and dropwort

  6. Roll into a manageable ball of excitement

  7. Devour in one bite (Korean style)
