Killing Fields
			December 01, 2006
This was our final day in Cambodia.  Tonight
we fly to Macau, then back to Daegu, South Korea.  Today we
visited a Killing Field museum, a land mine museum, and an extremely
poor community that lived on house boats.
			The Killing Fields

			The
Killing Fields were a number of sites in Cambodia where large
numbers of people were killed and buried by the
			Khmer Rouge
communist regime which ruled the country, as Democratic Kampuchea,
from 1975 to 1979.  If you've heard of
			Pol Pot and
millions of people dying under his regime...then this is the place.

			Bon Voyage!

[French  : bon, good + voyage,
			journey.]

What I learned today about Korea:  1)  That Pol Pot was a
			freaking asshole.
