Weigh in time!

Today it was weigh in time at the gym. I've
been getting weighed once a month on this space age like machine
that measures everything from your weight to your body fat
percentage and beyond. It's a pretty high tech crazy
contraption. Here's a graph that charts my progress thus far.
Below you'll see my trainer (Dong Hyung/Adam) who I like on non-gym
days but makes me hate him on gym days...he forces me do hard stuff
that makes me sweat! After the space age machine's report, he
said that I'm loosing weight, but I'm also loosing muscle. He
told me that I need to eat more protein. So I'm supposed to
eat 5-10 egg whites after working out at the gym and add more
chicken to my diet. Thank god I like chicken before and after
they hatch!
What I learned today
about Korea: 1) If I eat too many more eggs, I'll turn
into a giant American chicken!
