Me looking at me taking a picture of me.

I continue to be the laziest man in the world.  Another piece of proof is the fact that it's been a few minutes from forever since I've updated my site.  I have a few excuses though.  One of them being that I teach practically every day and every night.  My schedule is packed tighter than a Southern Baptist virgin's hope chest.  The other is, to add to my insane schedule, I've been going to the gym every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

I've been a "rotund" fella (that's being polite) for many many years.  My back has also hurt pretty much every day for the past 15 years or so.  A few times a year it will act up and it will be difficult to walk for a few days.  This also happens anytime I move something heavy.  I've always wanted to eventually get off my fat ass and exercise, but the words "gym" and "exercise" aren't in the vocabulary of a fat ass lazy man...trust me...I'm a pro.

The final straw that FORCED me to go to the gym was the last day of my Thailand Trip.  My back hurt the whole trip and got progressively worse and worse each day.  All the walking completely kicked my ass and I was down for the count the last night there.  Instead of going to the streets and seeing all the girls "selling their wares," I had to stay in my hotel room and went to bed at 9:00pm in severe pain.  The last time I went to bed that early was in the 9th grade and even then I snuck out of bed to watch HBO through the crack of a door.

So...after visiting a few Korean doctors who said "Your too fat...that's why your back hurts dummy" (Korean doctors don't pull punches), I decided to go to the gym and get all sexah for the ladies of the world.

I started to exercise regularly after my trip and since then I've lost about 7 kg (15.4 lbs).  I've gone from 124 kg (272.8 lbs) to 117 kg (257.4 lbs).

The pictures show a very slight difference in my face, but I think you'll see a bigger difference after I take pictures next week.  I plan to take pictures of myself (because I love me) every month as a record of my sexah weight loss.

What I learned today about Korea:  1)  I'm getting sexier and sexier every day!
