Today was Jin's sister's (Yu Jin) wedding!
She married a very kind man and I think they'll have a wonderful
life together. It was a beautiful ceremony. One very
strange thing about the ceremony was the whole time everyone was
talking. The priest was up front with the bride and groom
performing the ceremony and the crowd was babbling through the whole
thing. That is VERY different from an American wedding.
I think if the crowd was talking like that an American bride would
turn around and shoot everyone with the shotgun that her father was
holding.

I was honored to be invited to stand with the
family in the family photo.

Traditional post-wedding ceremony (Pae beck)
Chow time!
What I learned today about Korea: 1) At the post wedding
ceremony (Pae Beck), the husband's parents toss chestnuts onto a
small blanket that the bride and groom are holding. It's to
wish them many children!
